I get on the plane:
"This is the captain speaking ... for those interested in the Georgetown/Carolina game, they just went into overtime, tied at 81. We'll let you know when we find out more."
They went an hour without letting me know what happened. The bastards! I finally asked a flight attendent ...
"This is the captain. Unfortunately..."
I didn't even need to hear the rest.
I haven't watched a minute of it, but I'm half-way tempted to buy the game on iTunes just to see how badly we blew it (by all accounts, it seems like it was a meltdown for the ages).
I'll probably go catatonic, so I won't.

With 8 minutes left to go in the game, the rebounding numbers were UNC 33, G'town 17.
With 7 minutes left to go in the game, the FT numbers were UNC: 25-28, G'town 2-5.
Brandan Wright, a 54.4% FT shooter on the season, was 6-6 from the line.
Georgetown, which was 1-5 in its 6 previous games with Curtis Shaw reffing, was called for a technical foul in the 1st half, exercising an almost unknown rule that allows a technical to be called on the head coach if someone other than the head coach on the bench stands up and obstructs the fans' view.
Collapse or not, the previous comments are indisputable.
