I know hairspray gets out ink stains real well. Soap usually works for tomato sauce but it takes a lot of work XD Maybe the "<a href=http://www.shoutitout.com/">shout</a>" stuff actually works.

Knowing yourself is more practically important than you think. I will never ever order pasta on a date because of an incident in which a piece of penne dropped into my low cut shirt. And then I fished it out, and debated whether I should eat it. Sexy.
