it's bald head island, 30 minutes south-east of wilmington. that little tip is when you draw the map of north carolina, and you have the most south-eastern point (zoom out on the google map to see).

unfortunately cause it's the outer banks, i'm not sure if the tube idea will work... i'll probably be swept off to england or something ;)

nah man. they deserve it. $750mil isn't a drop in the bucket, surprised they didn't take it. guess a 7x return isn't enough ... although i doubt it's going to fetch 2bil.
