Jennifer forwarded me this complaint letter (It's a PDF) that had me dying of laughter.

Speaking of which, if your Adobe PDF reader takes forever to load in Windows XP, go to C:Program FilesAdobeAcrobat 6.0Reader (or wherever your Adobe is, I think this is the default location) and move everything from your plug-ins directory into the Optionals folder. I left EWH32, printme, and Search in the plug-ins folder, but everything else is pretty much bloated crapware you don't really need. This makes PDF load REAL fast ... and it doesn't crash!

As much as I'd love to try and 'fix' my Adobe reader, I'm just too inept to attempt it without detailed written instructions. *hangs head in shame* ;)

this sounds so much like our national airline...i've had the experience of sitting at the last row of the plane, near the bathroom...couldn't sleep well (it was a long haul flight from SFO to manila) because of the repeated flushing, the people lining up to use the bathroom and, eventually, the stench.

Awesome. Could have been me in this crapy KLM flight to Narita. Add to the toilets the broken earphones (no movie for 12h) and people streaching in front of you and steping on your feet and you got it.

Never fly with KLM. Ever. And Alitalia. And Air France. All crapy airlines.

Haha. I'm not sure there are any "good" airlines. I flew to Narita with Northwest... which I believe is one of those "partners" of KLM (I might be wrong), and it was pretty crappy.

Although last year I got to fly KAL to Korea ... and that was very nice.

Amazing how many crapy airlines on the market. And yet plane tickets are so expensive!
I hear good things about Malaysia Airlines. But then you have to go to Malaysia I guess.

At least in Europe we have EasyJet now. The price is low so you know why your flith conditions are horrible. :p

I fly Malaysia Airlines on a regular basis, and I don't like it. I find Singapore Airlines is better. At least their toilets don't stink.

I had words Singapore Airlines is not that good. I guess it all depends on the time of year, the force of the wind and the allignement of the planets. We're doomed!
