birthdays

Happy birthday to SunJun (today), Yush (tomorrow), Terrence (27th), and Tatsu (28th). Is late August typically a "getting jiggy with it" month or something? Odd.

I need to get out more - the weather has been too nice, and my skin is turning too #ffffff for my tastes.

Thank ye Mr. Roy. I have no idea the correlation; maybe one last happy moment before the onset of fall? Normally, I try not to speculate on my parents "gettin' jiggy" practices.

Don't stay out in the sun too long though or your skin may go to a painful #FF0000.

by late august, summer has gotten old and so have the usual summer activities. what else are people supposed to do?

Well, it's parents who are getting jiggy with it! And if they're working all the time, it's not like they actually have summers. I'm guessing perhaps second or third children are more likely to be borne here (since oldest kids will go off to school right around this time, giving parents a free pass to do something all morning... )
