How on earth did you manage that? Were you running laps around your computer while programming? Did you bend over too much because you placed your computer and keyboard on the floor? If you put a laptop on your legs near your toes while you sat with your legs outstretched and leaned forward to much, that could do it.

I suppose programming is simply a hazardous pursuit.
