Israel Cabinet backs road map ....

Ariel Sharon's cabinet approved the US-backed "road map" for the Middle East ... it calls for the formal creation of a Palestinian state ... the first time any Israel government has backed anything of this sort. [Link].

I've been gone for a while again. Doing very little work ... just kind of thinking a lot. Not really about anything in particular. Been playing Chaos Overlords again. What a great game. Will get back in the groove of things soon, I'm sure.

I think the "blah" feeling is going around a lot lately.

Hmm... not very well informed about the Middle-Eastern situation so I can't say anything about that.

But I do know that US-Canada relations have never been worse...

Bush has insulted Canada on numerous occasions (not that there haven't been similar insults from Canadians towards the US)... and there are a whole lot of important trade issues that have yet to be resolved...

Well, there have always been tons of trade issues to work out with between the US and Canada. I'm not too worried though ... both our livelihoods depend on playing nice :)

But then again, Chretian *is* an idiot .. oops, sorry.

Agreed about Chretien... its time for him to retire.

Although I think Bush is also an idiot.
