At the behest of my trainer, I weighed myself. Now, since I moved to San Diego - I've hovered around 145 - 150lbs. When I started working out last December, they weighed me at 146. I weighed myself sometime during 2011, and noticed I was at 155. 

Well, today's weigh-in? 172. Whoa. That's a pretty big jump - and the last week I've been eating super healthy, so I know it's not a temporary glitch. 

Funny thing is, I don't feel that much bigger. But gaining about 20lbs in muscle... awesome. I love working out and how it makes me feel!

take a picture and post, no homo. because that's my ideal weight and I wonder what I'll look like around that weight... yeah yeah, i know you're taller than me.
