I have a punchlist of goals for rykorp for the remainder of 2011. They aren't wholly specific - the list above does a good job of addressing most of them.
The highest priorities: good financial controls, nurture people, and good project management controls. The legal/finance side of the business is a total mess. I need an honest sit-down session with an accountant and a small business lawyer to get things cleaned up there.
I've gotten lucky with the people I've been working with - I'm working on building out their roles and ensuring they can succeed and help me build something bigger than ourselves.
