jury duty

Today at work, I bragged that I had never been called up for jury duty in my eight years of being a part of the jury lottery.

Well, guess what was waiting for me in the mail as soon as I got home?

Timing is everything.

wahahahah. just make sure you call in everyday like you're supposed to. otherwise, you'll get stuck with another week of jury duty.....

I got called recently too, but since they sent out the wrong letters to the wrong people (my envelope said Anthony Ladell Lee) they canceled it. What a waste of paper and NC tax dollars! =(
