i was actually never a big fan of focusing on the shutter speed / aperture values of a particular exposure, cause i alway felt it emphasized the mechanics of a photo. plus i never found them too useful when learning - especially at sunset, the light gets so erratic that knowing this was a f4.5 @ 1/60 doesn't seem very useful ;)
i should post the lens/filter i was using, i've always found that useful..

no, for thanksgiving i'll be taking a road trip up to big sur and carmel ... hopefully get some nice pictures, there :)

you should include specs of the shot (shutter speed/lens/camera/etc)
