i just had this exact conversation with my management. basics of supply chain management is both your company and supplier should win. it's /should/ be a win/win situation. i don't understand why people think that if your supplier is winning, we're actually losing. anything other than a win/win situation is destined to fail long-term.

i agree. the problem is the decision makers rarely seem to be the same people who execute. anyways, i'm doing alright now that you peeked your head back in tabulas!
