I used to think I could not use the handicapped bathroom, but then I found out that only means that it is available if a handicapped person needs one. Everyone else can use it as well. I usually do - more space inside. :-)
Well, the parking is different. You have to have a sticker or you can't use it. Maybe we are supposed to have a sticker on our butts to use the toilets. :-) But I get your point. Seems like they only want the restroom when we are using it.
