Co-worker Max: Hey Roy, can you drive me to the airport?
Me: In your car?
Max: Yeah
Me: I can't drive stick.
Max: I thought your car was manual.
Me: No, the transmission is automatic. Everything else is manual.

 Laughter abounds. Later:

Max: At least you can't stall out in your automatic.
Me: Actually, I can.
