I am going to forceably stretch the limits of the English language with made-up adverbs, split infinites, and other grammatical fox-passes (faux paus, which when I pronounce it, comes out as "fox pass;" don't ask me to pronounce hor doeuvres). Where my grammar Nazi's at?????

I have decided to lovingly dedicate this post to sacrecoueur and Andrew. Speaking of Andrew, I've heard that he's bound to awesomely become the next great doctor! Accepted into John Hopkins, Rutgers, and Duke med? Congratulations!

My grammar post has made me realize that in order to cheapingly attract more comments, I must write about more random topics. Posting non-sequiturs make me seem hip, intelligent, and witty ... at all once, and who can argue with what that means to me?

Oops, my cake is finished. I am done!

EDIT: OH CRUD, I HAVE 99 facebook friends!!!! ONE MORE and I can get into the three-digit friends range!!!! That will TRULY catapult me to GREATNESS!!!! Quick, somebody add me as your friend!!! I will shower your wall with praises about myself!

Edit again: Wes Andersons' American Express commercial - one amazingly well done commercial.

hey, thanks -- getting a post in my honor on roy's tabulas is awesome. as far as schools go, until i read your comment in the previous entry, i was like, "what the crap?? how does roy the omnipotent know this?"

i'm pretty sure i'm heading to emory next year (i'm guessing there was a little mixup with rutgers since i didn't apply there). it will be very nice to regularly consume large amounts of korean food on buford highway. and put my english BA to good use :)

oops, blame that on the grapevine. i was only half-listening to my mom (i got the message though) and fudged the details.

congrats in any case! i'm gonna be mooching off of you for free healthcare when i'm a broken old man, so remember me!!! ;)

thanks again! and don't worry, i'll be used to it by then. my 24 aunts and uncles (i'm not even kidding) are all throwing advice at me -- "andrew, you should be an orthopedist cause my hip has been acting up." "andrew, you should go into geriatrics cause we're all going to be even older than we are now when you get out of medical school."

plus, i'm taking a health policy class right now (and writing a final paper about it as we speak), so i couldn't be more depressed about the sad state of our health care system and its almost complete inability to reform itself barring some kind of ultra-painful and jarring catastrophe. i think i need some sleep.

no offense.. but i need to ask..
if you get into Duke (Duke...) and Johns Hopkins.. and you want to go into medicine. I would think.. your flipping a coin at this point to decide between the two. I know many people who'd nut themselves for that opportunity.

and ordinarily, you'd be absolutely right. but i got an exceptional deal from emory. i'm happy with sacrificing the bigger name (i mean, who messes with a hopkins doctor?) for relative financial security at age 21. but i would be lying if i said i didn't think about taking the name.
