Not a fan of it either... Was a bit suspicious about it when I first heard of the "caching" of non-HTTPS content. Even if that content should be restricted, etc...

Web forums/blogs don't use HTTPS for authentication, yet if you forget to exclude those sites from being cached by Google, then your forum/blogs login cookies will be temporarily available for other users to utilise.
